We consider our residents to be Very Important People… and so do local businesses! That’s why we’ve teamed up to offer the Resident VIP Program. Simply show your program card at participating businesses and take advantage of the courtesy discount offered. It pays to be a resident of Erie Station Village! Summer is drawing to a close, sadly, and we’re all going to be spending a lot more time indoors in a few weeks. So, with that in mind, today we’d like to spotlight a few local businesses that might help you spruce up those homes before winter finally does get here.

Bill’s Carpet and Furniture Center – located on Jefferson Road (only 4 miles from Erie Station Village!), Bill’s has everything you need for the interior of your house. They pride themselves on custom design and installation, and have weekly specials. Since you’re an Erie Station Village resident, they’ll knock 10% off any purchase!

Markson’s Furniture – not even 20 minutes away on Lyell Ave, Markson’s has supplies and furnishings for the living room, dining room, bedroom, home office, home theater, and more! Because you’re one of our residents, they’ll give you 10% off of any purchase, AND they’ll give you free delivery, AND they’ll set it up for you!

Sleep City – Sleep City has three different locations, one of which is on West Henrietta Road, only 3.5 miles away! And as you may have guessed, Sleep City is the place to go when you need to get some good rest. You’ll rest extra easy when they take 10% off the normal sales price, deliver it, set it up, AND haul away anything that needs to be removed for free!
