Beautiful Heated Pool
A refreshing escape just steps from home.
Heated, private, and wrapped in lush gardens, our beautiful pool is the perfect place to cool off, bask in the sun, or mingle with neighbors during Western New York’s sunniest season.
Located right off Hendrix Drive and adjacent to the pond, Clubhouse, and Garden, the pool house features showers, changing rooms, and restrooms. The pool is overseen by experienced life guards and open on weekends between Memorial Day and the end of the local school year, and daily through the end of the summer! Since a day at the pool is more fun with friends, residents are welcome to bring up to two guests per visit with a valid Pool Pass.
Community Center
Gather, connect, and celebrate.
The Clubhouse is the heart of Erie Station Village. It houses our leasing office, as well as the Fitness Center and Community Center.
The Community Center is a delightful place to relax and run into neighbors. The space is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and a library, as well as a patio overlooking the pond. The Community Center is the site of regularly occurring resident appreciation days. Residents are also invited to reserve the Community Center, which is ideal for hosting parties, meetings, and other private functions.
Fitness Center

Erie Station Village Residents enjoy full access to our private fitness center, conveniently located in the Clubhouse. The fitness center is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and accessed via key-fob entry. It’s fully outfitted with cardio and strength training equipment, 2 flat-screen TVs, and plenty of options for a full-body workout.

Dedicated in 2006 in memory of George Henninger: husband, father, builder, and friend whose vision and commitment laid the foundations of Erie Station Village.
One of the amenities that sets Erie Station Village apart from other communities is our splendid outdoor space. An area particularly important to us is the garden & sitting area just off the walking path that overlooks the pond. This peaceful spot was dedicated in memory of George Henninger. The serene garden pays tribute to Mr. Henninger’s contributions and ensures a remarkably beautiful contemplative space for our residents to enjoy.
