Neighbors can sometimes turn into the best of friends, but it also goes the other way. Best friends can make great neighbors! No one knows who should make their home at Erie Station Village better than you. If you know someone who would love ESV and make a great neighbor, we want you to tell them all about your community. We LOVE it when our residents bring friends and family mem-bers to Erie Station Village! That’s why we created our Referral program.

There’s $1400 up for grabs!

As a resident of Erie Station Village, you’re eligible for up to $1400 in referral-related rent credits each year. The more friends that turn into neighbors, the higher your referral credit.

The fee schedule looks like this:

• First: $200
• Second: $300
• Third: $400
• Fourth: $500

The fee schedule resets each year, so if you referred 3 people in 2015, and the 4th in January of 2016, the fee for the fourth person would go back to $200 and the schedule would start again. Referrals are considered officially earned once the person you’ve referred signs a lease and pays their first month’s rent. As the year winds down, either stack up those multiple referrals or start planning your referrals for next year.
