We are all so very grateful that our residents make Erie Station Village the amazing community that it is.  Believe us – we know how lucky we are.  We want to thank you all, so it’s time again for our annual Resident Appreciation Days!  They will fall on the first Friday of every month and run from May all the way through September.  Stop by the leasing office for complimentary coffee, tea, bagels, and doughnuts from 7-10 AM.  We’ll have a tent set up outside, but if it’s raining, we’ll move the party inside the office.  Come, enjoy some morning treats, and mingle.

But the appreciation doesn’t stop there!  All residents of our luxury townhouses and luxury apartments also are free to head to the maintenance shop at 310 Davies Ave for a car wash – on us!  As long as you’re there between 1-4 PM, your car can get its very own bath to look its best.  Food, drink, and a clean car are just our ways of showing all our residents how happy we are to have you here.  Thank you for calling Erie Station Village your home.
