Personal Connections at Erie Station Village
November 2017
Have you connected with our community’s site manager, Renee Petralia?
If not, it might be time for a visit to our leasing office.
“I would do anything for these people,” Renee said of our residents in a recent profile by the Democrat & Chronicle.
Cultivating Happiness
The D&C’s article highlights the importance of personal connections at Erie Station Village, and of Renee’s role in building them. We believe that having an engaged, caring site manager is one of the things that makes our community special. Acting as an impartial liaison, Renee makes sure that every resident is treated fairly and that all requests and concerns are heard. Even though every request can’t be granted, residents can rest assured that their concerns will always be thoughtfully considered within the context of the whole community. The entire Erie Station Village team shares Renee’s sentiment when she says, “I want everybody to be happy.”
A Community of Individuals
At ESV, we strive to keep people at the heart of everything we do. If you’re part of our community, we want to know who you are and what you’re about. Please watch our emails, newsletter, and social media streams for opportunities to meet your neighbors and staff. Each year, the staff puts on several get-togethers and resident appreciation events. Get out and enjoy our shared amenities; they’re there for you! Take advantage of your free concierge services. And if you have a concern or request, by all means, please let us know. We’re here to make your experience of making your home here as positive as it can possibly be!
We know how lucky we are to have such a kind soul looking out for the needs of our community, and it’s wonderful to see Renee receive the recognition she deserves. If you’d like to show your own appreciation, stop in at the office or leave a note on our Facebook page.
