Why are we telling you all of this? We know it can sometimes be hard to receive packages when you live in an apartment. Our West Henrietta townhomes and apartments have the benefit of an on-site leasing office, so you can be sure you’ll receive all your packages, recurring or once-in-a-lifetime. If you’re not home to receive your delivery, we’ll hold it for you in the leasing office until you can come pick it up. NOTE: Missed UPS deliveries can be picked up at Valero.
