Let’s Give the Maintenance Team a Shout-Out!
February 2015
Winter is here, and it looks like it’s here to stay (for a while, at least). It’s times like these when so many of us rely on our amazing maintenance team here at Erie Station Village to ensure that we can live our lives, both personal and business. We’re proud of and so grateful to our wonderful maintenance staff for working tirelessly and with such dedication. Without you all, Erie Station Village wouldn’t be the incredible community it is. The quotation you see here is just one of the many compliments we’ve received about our crew, so again: THANK YOU from each and every one of us.
Along those same lines, here’s a little trivia that should put their hard work into some context: On average, Rochester gets over 21 inches of snow in just December alone, while January’s average tops out at over 28 inches! February isn’t much better in Rochester, with an average snowfall of 21.5 inches. Let’s hope this month is on the historically snow-free side of things, right? And finally, how many people out there remember January of 2004, when we got a record 61.3 inches of snow – that month alone! Everyone cross your fingers that our incredible maintenance staff doesn’t have to deal with that!
