Erie Station Village Resident Reminders

March 2017

Happy Spring!

We know that there’s a lot to keep track of this time of year. (Who are we kidding? It’s all the time!) But there are lots of exciting perks to living at Erie Station Village, and we want to keep them fresh in your mind so you can take advantage of them. Here are a few amenities and programs that we’ve mentioned before and are sure to mention again.

Consider the Clubhouse

The Spring event season is just winding up. If you’re looking for a place to host a party or shower this year, don’t forget the community center in the ESV clubhouse. It’s available exclusively to Erie Station residents, and the only cost is a refundable $100 deposit. To reserve the space, just call the leasing office at 585-334-6870.

Consult your Concierges

If you’d like some guidance when planning the “at-home” weekends in your 2017 calendar, be sure to make use of our free concierge service. Our community concierges will be happy to hook you up with the best new dining and entertainment experiences. Their service can be even more valuable when you’re looking for ways to entertain out-of-town guests.

Put your VIP Perks to Work

Spring is officially here now (no matter what the weather report says), and that means 2017 is well under way. If you’ve yet to add your new 2017 VIP Perks tag to your key ring or stash the card in your wallet, you’ve been missing out. Look over this year’s 72 exclusive local deals and start strategically shopping, dining, and hiring services to maximize your savings.

Turn Referrals into Rent Credits

Hmmm. Maybe this post should be called “Erie Station Village: Get More, Pay Less.” Another way to save that’s exclusive to our community is our referral program. Residents can earn up to $1400 in rent credits each year for referring friends and family members who actually move in! The key is to make sure your referrals write your name on their lease applications. If your name isn’t there, it’s not an official referral. It’s still early in the year, so keep an ear out for relocation conversations.
