We’ve talked a lot about how much we value the tremendous sense of community in Erie Station Village – and with good reason!  ESV works because of the tight-knit neighborhood feel, and we know that that’s important to all of our wonderful residents.  So, we’re often asked about referrals and whether or not there is a fee for bringing new members into our ESV family.

The answer is an emphatic “yes!”  We absolutely love it when our residents feel strongly enough about Erie Station Village to recommend it to friends and family, especially when those wonderful people come join us.  As a thank you, we offer fees for finding new community members.  In fact, the more you bring in, the higher the fee.  The rising fee schedule looks like this:

First Referral: $200

Second Referral: $300

Third Referral: $400

Fourth Referral:  $500

That fee schedule resets at the beginning of each calendar year.  We consider a referral fee earned when the new member has signed a lease and paid their first month of rent.  Then, that cash goes straight into your pocket!  It’s our way of saying thanks for helping keep Erie Station Village a community of wonderful, caring people.  So go out there and earn yourself some dough while ensuring yourself some great neighbors!
