It looks like we’re headed for a white Thanksgiving! Please take care as you make your way to friends and family or make preparations to host a happy holiday.

Leasing Office Holiday Hours

The leasing office may be closing early on Wednesday, November 23rd. If you need to reach our staff, call 585-334-6870 to find out what time the office will be closing. Then on Thursday, November 24th, and Friday, November 25th, the office will be closed in observance of the holiday. We will reopen on Saturday, November 26th, at 10am.

In Case of Emergency

If you encounter any maintenance issues that include any form of plumbing leak or genuine emergency, please make sure to call our emergency maintenance number (585-334-6870) to ensure that you will receive an immediate response. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL REQUESTS FOR EMERGENCY REPAIRS, as they are not relayed to our maintenance staff as quickly as a phone call.

With the office being closed for the holidays, we just want to make sure that we take efficient steps to rectify any emergencies over the holidays.
