UPS Procedures Have Changed

If miss a UPS delivery in the future, you can expect your door tag to say “Valero.” UPS packages delivered to Erie Station Village should now be picked up at the Valero gas station at 5300 West Henrietta Road. This station is a designated UPS location, and it allows residents to pick up packages after hours.

Missed deliveries from other carriers can still be retrieved in our leasing office. If you have any questions or concerns, you can reach us at 585-334-6870.
