Community Alert: A Note from our Maintenance Staff
December 2015
Our wonderful maintenance staff is key to keeping Erie Station Village a vibrant and beautiful place to live. So that you know what’s going on and what to expect in the upcoming months, they’d like to share these updates with you.
Please Welcome Mike Degus
We are pleased to announce that Mike Degus has joined the Erie Station Village maintenance team! Mike has worked for us at another property since 2014, and brings years of property maintenance experience along with him. Welcome, Mike!
Many Thanks to our Residents
The maintenance staff would like to thank you for your cooperation during this past year with our efforts to maintain the buildings and grounds. Please be assured that removing snow and ice from sidewalks, patios, and parking lots will be among our main concerns as the white stuff begins to fly again. We kindly ask you to remove any personal belongings from your patios and/or walkways and place them in storage. Having unblocked access to these areas will help us remove snow as quickly as possible. We also ask that you please move your car whenever there’s a storm so that the lots and driveways may be plowed effectively.
Please Report Burnt-Out Lights
You can help keep our community safe and well-lit. If you notice any lights out, please take a moment to notify the maintenance staff so that burnt-out bulbs can be replaced as promptly as possible.
