We’ve said before how happy and grateful we are to have all of you as Erie Station Village residents, but hey – we thought we should tell you again! In that spirit, we’re always thrilled to throw Resident Appreciation Days. In case you’re not familiar with them, from 7AM – 10AM, you can swing by the leasing office for free coffee, donuts, and bagels. You know, the only things anyone really needs in the morning! And then from 10AM to Noon, you can stop over at the maintenance shop on Davies Avenue for a complimentary car wash!

This time, however, there’s been a minor change. Because of the upcoming Independence Day holiday, we’re going to avoid the 4th of July weekend. Instead of that Friday (the 3rd), we’re going to hold it a day earlier. So please come by both the leasing office and the maintenance shop on Thursday, July 2nd for Residence Appreciation Day.
