The vision behind Erie Station Village was to build a traditional and very connected neighborhood from the ground up. To foster that sense of community, we use lots of different methods that keep our residents in the know. One of these community-building efforts is our seasonal newsletter “From the Green.” The Fall issue will be out soon, so we hope you’ll watch for it.

Ways to Win

You might have noticed from our VIP Perks Program that we’re all about perks at Erie Station Village. Besides staying connected, one of the benefits of reading “From the Green” is that it features chances to for residents to win prizes. This summer we gave away a $150 rent credit in our Treasure Hunt Contest. Donna Hoak found the name of an ESV staff member spelled backwards in our newsletter and was drawn as the lucky winner of our prize drawing. If you read the next edition, you could be a winner!
