Baby, It’s Cold Outside!

That’s no reason not to get out and enjoy the brisk Upstate New York holiday season. Bundle up, head down to the Public Market, and make a hot beverage the first item on your list. Then enjoy the sights, sounds, and delicious smells brought together by Holidays at the Market, a Rochester tradition.

Each year, Holidays at the Market features an array of vendors offering handmade art, crafts, decorations, holiday food delicacies, gifts, stocking stuffers, and more. Take advantage of a wide selection of trees, wreaths, fresh garlands, and a plethora of other holiday goods and goodies.

Families can take a free horse-drawn carriage ride with Santa between 10 am and 2 pm, taking off from the new “D” shed. Bakers of all ages can compete in the annual Cookie Contest by dropping off a dozen homemade cookies at the Market Office on Sunday, December 18th before noon.
