April 2017

Do your kids love motorcycles?

This Spring, kids (and bike-loving adults) will be in hog heaven thanks to the Hands-On Harley-Davidson exhibit at The Strong® museum. This touring display gives riders a deep dive into Harley history, motorcycle science, and the feel of the road.

Aficionados of all ages can see iconic bikes up close and get a better understanding of how math concepts and physics laws affect a motorcycle in motion. Then it’s time to hit the road with a first-person video test drive across the United States, complete with audio and wind effects.

Hands-On Harley-Davidson hits the road May 7th, so make your way to the Strong as soon as possible!

Spend the Day at the Strong

Rochester locals will appreciate that the Hands-On Harley-Davidson exhibit is just a drop in the bucket of fun on display at the Strong museum. If you’re coming from out of town, be sure to allocate time to explore all the wonders of the National Museum of Play.

If there are nature lovers in your party, be sure to add tickets to the Dancing Wings Butterfly Garden to your admission when you enter the museum. Should your kids have a need for speed beyond the motorcycle exhibit, you won’t be able to miss the Raceway Arcade located right in the hallway. History buffs should upstairs to check out the new Toy Halls of Fame. And don’t miss half-price milkshake happy hour from 2:30 to 4:30 at Bill Gray’s next to the carousel. It happens every day!
