Although we’ve had residents in Phase III since July of 2014, we haven’t had a proper housewarming party for them, so we thought it was about time we did!  So, on Thursday, May 21, we invite you to join us at the Erie Station Village clubhouse from 3-6 PM for Phase III’s Grand Opening.  We’ll have hors d’oeuvres, beer, and wine for your enjoyment.  And, on top of that, Teagan Ward of local favorites Teagan Ward will be providing entertainment.  We’ll be giving tours of all the new luxury apartments and luxury townhouses, including the Villa, a one-story townhouse.  It’s worth seeing for sure.

This is open to any and all members of our wonderful Erie Station Village community.  But it doesn’t stop there.  We’re excited to have extended invitations to anyone who had a hand in developing Phase III, including architects, the construction company, and even the Town of Henrietta.  So come on out and mingle with your neighbors as well as members of the greater community as well.  Oh, and be sure to bring along any prospective residents – the tours will be a great way to show them all the fantastic things that Erie Station Village has to offer.  To check out photos and more information on Phase III, please visit its webpage.  We hope to see you on the 21st!
