Erie Station Village was built on the principles of traditional neighborhood design. It is located on the site of the Tirabassi Family Homestead and Farm (1932-2000), which was established by Emidio Tirabassi of Sulmona, Italy; his sons Frank, Samuel, John, and daughter Julia.
