Exclusive Amenities for Renters

There are lots of things about the Erie Station Village community that make it a great place to live. In addition to the beautiful homes and bucolic setting (with such a short commute to the city), we try to provide amenities that make life easier and especially enjoyable for our residents. Some of these, like our nature trails, fitness center, pond, and memorial garden were planned into the community from the get-go. Others include free concierge services, a 24-hour emergency maintenance line, and a VIP program that saves our residents money at local stores, restaurants, and service providers. But you’ve probably heard about all of those things.

A Quietly Available Amenity

One amenity that’s available to all residents but that often goes overlooked is the option to rent our Community Center. This beautiful space, located in our Club House, is ideal for parties and meetings. It features a full kitchen, wi-fi, and a library. The Club House is exclusively available to ESV residents, and the only fee is a $100 deposit that gets refunded as long as there’s no damage to the facilities. So next time you have a birthday party, baby shower, or other special event coming up, consider staying right at home. We’d love to have you.
