Resident Alert: Trash Room Clean-Out

It’s That Time of Year!

Time to clear out all the nooks and crannies, and that includes our trash rooms. Maintenance will be cleaning out Erie Station Village trash rooms later this month. ESV does provide bike racks, in the trash rooms, for residents to store bikes. If you are storing any personal items in the trash room, you will need to remove the items by no later than 6/18/2018. If the items are not removed by that time, maintenance will remove the items. If you have any questions regarding your items, please contact Tim, our landscaping supervisor, through our online maintenance request system. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
