Area Activity Guide: Taste of Lori’s Harvest Fest

September 2017

A Celebration of Food Choices

Lori’s Natural Foods Center is celebrating 36 years in business, so this year’s Harvest Fest should not be missed. On Saturday, September 23, 2017, bring the whole family down for a day full of food, fun, and great causes. There will be pumpkin decorating for the kids, fresh grilled corn on the cob, a dunk tank, live music — and more than 50 vendors of wholesome, 100% organic, non-GMO, and local foods and products. You’ll find supplements, herbs, body care, and beauty items. Those eating limited diets can meet the people responsible for supplying Lori’s with gluten-free, dairy-free, raw, vegan and vegetarian foods. If you need to avoid allergens or believe Americans have a right to know what’s in their food, Lori’s is the place to shop.

Charitable Causes

As though connecting with the people who keep high-quality foods and consumer goods coming to Rochester wasn’t enough, the Harvest Fest also benefits two fantastic local charities. All proceeds from the event go to support either All4Pets WNY or the Crisis Nursery of Greater Rochester. Both provide life-saving or life-changing medical care to Rochester’s tiniest patients!
